Port of Call is an inspirational travel, culture, and food show where a rotating crew of chefs and adventurers explore culinary traditions while under sail with the Sailing Collective.

In each episode - filmed over a weeklong journey sailing the worlds most beautiful seas - notable guest chefs explore, prepare and reinterpret local techniques, ingredients and recipes. Each story brings the audience along for an epic adventure, transporting the viewer to magical destinations, while learning regional culinary traditions, meeting local chefs and artisans, and enjoying the unique experience of life on a sailboat. Each chef brings their personal perspective to this exploration of culture and food as they sail the seas, explore historic port towns, learn about cultural heritage and history while cooking fresh, innovative food with their crew.

Episode i. Brooklyn, NY chef Tara Norvell travels to the gulf of Naples where she meets chef and mentor, Tim Siadatan of Trullo in London for an epic culinary adventure through the Tyrrhenian Sea. Port of Call brings together many of the things we love about exploring the world and presents them in a compelling, innovative yet instantaneously familiar cinematic format.
